aerOS Pilot 1 Scenario 1 – Data-Driven Cognitive Production Lines

This video showcases advancements in Scenario 1 of Pilot 1: Data-Driven Cognitive Production Lines, within the aerOS project.
To monitor our products’ carbon footprint, we track machine energy use during drone production. Using SMC’s Air Management System, Balluff’s Smart Light, and Hilscher’s netFIELD Compact Edge Device, connected via an OPC-UA server and Node-RED, we optimize airflow to machines, using it only when needed.
